Lawn Mow and Maintenance every 4 weeks

Pretty straight forward mow and trim the weeds around the rocks you see in the picture. Including the backyard and sides which is even easier since the backyard is completely flat and the same size. Large food/compost can available on site, so no need to haul anything off. Ground grass and weeds only - DO NOT need to trim the standing bushes or trees at all as they never grow. Previous contractors never took more than 45 minutes to do the job. Looking for monthly, please let me know how much you need per 4 weeks. Feel free to come in for a more accurate estimate.
