We are looking for a maintenance person to help keep up on repairs and cleaning. Power washing Install or repair racks or shelves Painting Minor plumbing and electrical (outlets, switches, clogged drains) Replace ceiling tiles as needed Stripe parking lot Clean coils for AC units and replace filters Other property repairs as needed Learn how to repair equipment with tech support and we'll pay for the training. Must fill out an I9 and pass a background check. You will be considered an independent contractor. Invoices can be paid in cash to start. We have 3 locations in El Paso so you will need to travel. You will be considered an independent contractor and not an employee.
