I am looking to hire a person or company to do some skilled construction labor for multiple projects in Philadelphia Building demolition - row home in South Philly - must be licensed and registered with the city of Philadelphia and be able to pull a demo permit -front wall, back wall, roof and all interior components are being demo'd. Party walls are staying in place. Tile setting - new construction - high end residential in South Philly -Install ceramic tile and grout in 2 bathrooms -Includes bathroom floor and shower walls I will ask for photos of completed work and references Please text or email.
