Why does my add keep getting flagged?

Not sure why my ad keeps getting flagged? I’ve been trying to rehome an oops litter of Chinese crested French bulldog puppies for a rehoming fee of $250 which barely covers the vet visits and food. Can someone please explain to me why it gets flagged or why you are flagging my ad? . I’m not a breeder or trying to make a profit??? Just trying to find a good home for the puppies. Someone please explain and I will correct it.
