Description

A small residential property management company in Hayward seeks a property maintenance worker for full time work. Work includes all trades related to residential rental property, including painting, light construction, landscaping, cleaning and other miscellaneous property maintenance related duties. Must be extremely reliable, experience is not required but is preferable. Must have a Drivers License and can pass a background check. Hours are somewhat flexible, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. This is a long-term permanent position. Compensation is $18.50-$21.50/hour, plus vacation time but does not include benefits.
