Handyman Needed in Ballard

Hello there, There is a rental that needs some handyman work on it. Should take 2-3 hours. Located in Ballard. TASKS: Handrail: Tighten the bolt that holds a handrail to the wall (the drywall around bolt has made the hole too big). Dishwasher: Brackets have come out on top of dishwasher. Need to put brackets back in to tighten up the dishwasher. Toilet Paper Roll Holder: Re-attach to wall. Medicine Cabinet Door: It's sagging, needs to be tightened Trim Piece: A small piece that needs to be re-attached to wall. Mirror: Remove old mirror and attach new one (will provide mirror) Drawer: Tighten corner that is loose Gate: Tighten the lock, maybe raise gate door because it is sagging. The most challenging tasks will be the dishwasher (and its brackets) and the Gate lock. I attached photos of both. I hope to hear from you!
