Need a detail-oriented handyman to take care of a variety of small repairs & overdue maintenance on a large home (9000 sqft, 5 acres). You will report directly to me, the homeowner. Pay: $45 per hour Start date: ASAP End date: August 30 Must have: own truck and basic toolbox (I can provide whatever you don't have) Work days & hours: flexible but full time or 30-40 hours per week would be ideal Nothing complicated, no big projects, just plenty of small tasks. For example: replace lightbulbs, dispose of some junk, power wash a tennis court and a deck, unclog gutter downspouts, mount 5-6 fire extinguishers on walls, replace broken outlet plates, find an artisan who can make a specific custom window handle, clean out a shed of insects and spider webs, etc, etc
