We live in a time where it’s normal for us and our children to be constantly entertained by TV, social media, video games, etc. Having a mindfulness practice is a great way to counterbalance the effects of all that stimulation; Encouraging self awareness, emotional intelligence, patience and focus. We invite you to come flow with us in a beginner yoga session. In this class we will sit with the kids and explain how yoga is a very powerful mindfulness practice, lead them through a nice flow and into a guided meditation, leaving them with self regulating tools they can use for a lifetime.
