This is a meditation event at a delightful Hudson venue. It's also a little gathering of the burgeoning conscious community in the area. I'll be teaching the simplest meditation in the world. If you've never meditated and you have even the slightest desire to, this is the perfect technique. And if you're a seasoned meditator, this meditation will bring you right back to the beginning. I promise you'll learn something meaningful either way. This will also be an opportunity to meet fellow members of the community. We'll break into little groups to discuss our experiences. We'll hang out afterward. And, of course, you'll meditate. This event doubles as a a celebration for a new book I've written called "The Simplest Meditation in the World."
