Helper / General Laborer

We currently have a full-time position in the Central Massachusetts area for general laborer. This is a water well and water filtration company. The ideal candidate has experience in plumbing, pool pumps, sump pumps or appliance repair. The qualified candidate should also have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift and carry 75 pounds of equipment. You must be willing to work 8 to 10 hours a day as needed, be on call in the evenings and on weekends. This will be scheduled on rotating basis. We are willing to provide supplemental training to the right candidate. Required education: High School diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have: • 1 to 3 years of mechanical skills; • Physical requirements include being able to squat/bend, walk with equipment, lift 75 pounds; • A Journeyman plumber license is helpful, but not required; • A valid driver’s license and clean driving history; • Excellent customer service skills; • Good organizational skills; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Able to work in a team environment. AquaTek is willing to negotiate the salary based upon experience. We offer a competitive benefit package including health insurance, 401K plan with a match, paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
