The vibrations of crystal sound bowls, harmonic chimes and my voice, will lead you on a journey of harmony & alignment. ✨ What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle & anything you need to get cozy (think: a soft blanket & your favorite hoodie) ✨Please arrive 5- 10minutes before the Sound Bath begins to settle in.
