Hello Neighbors!!! The team here at Forge would love to show you a good time and run you trough a challenging and fun workout for all fitness levels. Is this possible you say?, it is ;). The plan is to have an all fitness levels workout at Forge Strength Austin located on South Lamar (a block away from the Post) from 10am to 11am, followed by a pool party at the Phase 2 Post South Lamar pool at noon. Free drinks will be provided for whoever registers and completes the workout and we will have some great vendors (more updates to come) showing the PSL community some love. See what we are all about, get to meet some neighbors and have some fun at the pool :). Lets go :)!!!!!!
