A special night outdoors in The Beer Garden for a unique dining experience with Foundry Distilling Company, The Hall DSM, and Justice League of Food. Schedule:5 - 6 PM: Check-in 6 - 7 PM: Pre Dinner Cigar & Cocktail 7 PM: Four - Course Dinner 8 PM: Live Auction Here’s what you get: > 4-course gourmet dinner in The Beer Garden prepared by Chef Bryan Manning and his crew from Justice League of Food. (Menu to come!) > The Boone Fiddler will entertain us from 5-7pm > Complimentary Distillery Tour and pre-dinner cocktail. > 4 premium cigars > 4 premium whiskey samples from the Foundry Distilling Company >An opportunity to participate in the live auction. Last year the items included rare cigars, 5-gal private barrel of whiskey, distillery tour packages, private gourmet dinner packages, Culinary Superhero Dinner packages, and more. The Cause We are Supporting:This wonderful evening is a fundraiser for the Justice League of Food's Culinary Job Training Program for at-risk individuals in our community. These students led by Chef Stielow will be using their skills to prepare one of the most memorable dining experiences you will ever have! Ticket prices start at $100 per person.Dinner is out in the Beer Garden and we are set up to accommodate tables for 1-6 people and have 2 tables for 10. Ticket sales end at Midnight on Friday, September 2nd.
