A growing Site Development company in Orlando, Florida is in need of a Survey Layout person. This is a Full-Time position with hours 6:30am to 3:30pm (approximate end time.) We are a drug free workplace and an equal opportunity employer. Our company offers paid holidays after 90 days, one week vacation after one year and two weeks vacation after three years. We also offer 75% company paid health insurance and employee paid dental and vision insurance after 90 days. Competitive salary based on experience. Candidate would be responsible for layout, as-builts and setting up GPS for dozers and excavators. Must be able to read construction plans. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You may be driving a company vehicle at times. Must be self-motivated and require little supervision.
