The Great Georgia Pollinator Census is a citizen science project created by the University of Georgia. This project is designed for everyone to participate and make a difference for pollinator conservation! Join us on Sunday, August 21 to take a quick crash-course on identifying beneficial pollinator insects, then take a short walk to count pollinators that visit flowers along the Westside Beltline trail.
This is fun and exploration for the entire family! Be sure to bring a camping chair or blanket so you are comfortable while you sit, count and contribute to this amazing research.
We will meet at the corner of Catherine St SW and Lexington Ave SW.
