Our bodies are the physical vessels that support our spiritual and divine purposes on earth. Yet so often, our relationship with the body is plagued with challenges and nuance. From cultural messaging to individual thoughts and emotions, the body is often the target of shame, guilt, blame, and discomfort. This, however, does not have to be the norm. Join Cat from Conjure and Laura from Balanced Health With Laura to explore new spaces that deepen your relationship with your body. This workshop will work to establish a loving and healing connection to the body through guided meditation, yoga, reiki, astrological wisdom, tea, and herbal tinctures. This workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to establish (or deepen) a loving and compassionate relationship with their physical body. This workshop will take place at The Three of Cups Clubhouse in Wilmington, NC.
