CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT for MULTIFAMILY APARTMENT PROJECTS IN LOS ANGELES Los Angeles based general contractor currently looking for an experienced, working, jobsite Superintendent for Residential and Multifamily Apartment Projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily onsite construction activities including: • Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and vendors • Manage and update overall project schedule • Schedule building Inspections • Onsite coordination of material delivery and receipt • Prepare daily logs • Review project plans and specifications • Ability to read architectural, structural, civil and MEP plans • Review shop drawings and submittals • Responsible for quality control and completion of punch lists • Conduct weekly site and safety meetings/OSHA compliance • Knowledge of all trades, Computer Literacy, and Minimum 7 years’ experience required
