Currently seeking New and Experienced Maintenance Techs/Janitor/Custodian throughout San Fernando Valley who are seeking a great new opportunity in Apartment Management in Glendale and Pasadena. Brand new Luxury apartment will be opening soon and looking to fill multiple positions. This will be a temp – to – hire opportunity. Bilingual in SPANISH Language a PLUS! Maintenance Techs: ($20-22) Maintenance techs are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing maintenance requests. Must have experience with Basic plumbing, Minimal appliance repairs, Simple electrical skills. Simple locks, Detailing turnover units. Experience with Hotel, Construction welcome! Janitor/Custodian: ($17) Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job includes but no limited to: General cleaning (mopping, dusting, etc.,),General sweeping, Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick up throughout property, Maintaining curb side appeal (curbs and sidewalks included), Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms and Play area, Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding the Leasing Office.
