Spiritual Goddess Elizabeth A Wilson will get us connected and ready for this special experience that will unfold through guided mediation that uplifts the soul and reminds you to trust and love life. Then Heather from Unwind Studio will get us into the groove with her Madonna Yoga tribute! And then to really get you moving Sun Love Peace will work her magic with her powerful and impactful Dance Infusion. The interpretation of expression through a guided dance experience infusing healing, spirituality, and intentional inspiration with dance!
