We are looking to hire motivated, reliable individuals to work as part of our solar installation crew as a Solar Lead or Solar Helper. Desired Candidate: Experienced Residential Solar Installer or Helper DC wiring of all solar products and batteries (panels, inverters etc.) Strong knowledge and usage of Hand tools/power tools associated with Solar installs Experienced in reading plans or Blueprints Team player and positive attitude, Hard worker No fear of heights, comfortable on ladders, ability to lift heavy objects(Solar panels, rails) Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending Experience with conduit bending and installation, DC troubleshooting and repair Working knowledge of construction and/or roofing Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar solar electrical equipment, lumber, materials, etc. Great work ethic and punctual(on time to job site or meet up spot) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Boots and Hardhat We are Doing Direct Hire for this Week Starting Monday August 1st 2021 Text or call for details
