Currently, we have several openings in the post-harvest and trim departments. Job details are outlined below: Key Job Accountabilities Hand-Trim cannabis Prepare cannabis for final packaging Package cannabis into jars or pre rolls packaging Properly account for and dispose of waste material Clean tools, equipment, and packaging rooms regularly Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete all tasks safely and efficiently Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices & Worker Protection Standards Other tasks as assigned by Post Harvest Assistant Supervisor Professional Experience + Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Basic math skills No cannabis allergies High school diploma or GED preferred 1 year+ cannabis trimming experience preferred but not required Additional Requirements: Computer skills are a plus (Google Suite and Metrc specifically) Attention to detail Flexible and collaborative with good communication skills Takes direction well and can work independently What We Offer If you want the fun and feel of a start-up company, but the solid management and resources of an established business, our organization may be the place for you.
