By maintaining a balance amongst the wellness points, we are able to manage overwhelm, stress, anxiety and exhaustion. The 5 wellness points are Social Wellness, Physical Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Wellness, and Intellectual Wellness.
About the Owner - Brittany Elliott graduated from West Mifflin Area High School in 2007 then went on to earn her bachelors degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her professional life led her to different cities including Washington DC, San Diego and other areas of Southern California. She returned to Pittsburgh in 2015, met her husband in 2017, and became a mother in 2018. She started helping mothers reconnect with themselves through self care in 2021.
