General Contractor looking for a Full-Time Experienced Project Manager to be the right-hand-man to our Head project manager. - Must be a team player -Must have a valid driver license and be willing to travel from job site to job site. Most jobs are in the North Shore (Dix hills, Roslyn, Huntington, Jericho, Plainview) but also have some South Shore jobs (Merrick, Bellmore, Seaford, Wantagh). -Must have time management skills and be able to prioritize your time efficiently. -Must be patient and professional with all clients and other trades. -Must have knowledge of all construction phases, blueprints, safety procedures and state codes. -Must be willing to go on estimates and close on deals, sell additional work orders and be able to collect monies when it is due. - Must have a friendly demeanor and be respectful but be able to give direction.
