Looking for decent drummer & singer for a scrappy project band

Me (guitarist) and my friend (bassist/guitarist) are looking for a drummer and a vocalist (or even a decent bassist) who enjoy rocking out to some 90s rock / alternative, indie, and grunge music and the likes. The plan is to start a 'project' band within a casual setup. We can do covers or be creative and write originals. Nothing too serious; no hard commitments, just the good ol' lets-hang-out-and-jam-whenever setup. Live gig opportunities are also possible (we used to gig occassionally in local Filipino bars such as Bamboo Bistro in Panorama / Kusina Filipina in Norwalk / Noypitz in LA.) Must be around our age (20s to 30s.) some of our main influences: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, Nirvana, Guns N Roses / Slash, Arctic Monkeys, Rage Against The Machine, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains, John Mayer, SRV, and several indie bands etc.
