Bridge City Concrete & Asphalt seeking to hire people with seal coat & asphalt experience. We are looking for people who are committed to working safely and to delivering high-quality results for our customers. Possible Signing Bonus - Depending on Experience Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Ability to work in all weather -Perform assigned task on seal coat & paving crew as directed. This may include various equipment operations and laboring. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. - Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools, equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential - Must be able to take direction from foreman - Other duties assigned as needed. Plus: - CDL Class A - Valid Insurable Drivers License - Seal Coat & Asphalt equipment use ie: TL8, TL12, Excavator, Roller, Paver etc. - Demo/Prep experience - Seal Coating & Asphalt Install and Seal Coat experience Minimum Qualifications: - Previous experience or background in all types of seal coat & asphalt paving, i.e., streets, highways, parking lots and small commercial projects. -Ability to bend, stoop, lift 50lbs +, push and be on your feet in all weather conditions - Ability to work flexible shifts which include: days, nights, weekends and overtime. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
