Rehoming sweet female cat

1-4 year old female cat. She is a stray that has been living in my yard for almost a year now. With the help of a shelter and a kind neighbor, she has been vaccinated and spayed, as well as given flea treatment and deworming. Her right ear has also been clipped by the shelter, as a mark that she's fixed. She has also had at least one litter of kittens. I've been calling her Kikimora, but I don't think she knows the name yet so renaming her is easy. She is such a sweet cat, she purrs very loudly and makes air-biscuits whenever I sit next to her. She loves giving headbutts and being near me. She likes being pet on her head, but isn't a fan of her stomach or sides being touched. She might try to nip you if you touch her stomach, I think she's still learning how to be around people again, after being a stray for so long. Kikimora loves playing and will chase after toys and get zoomies. I will send over a couple toys with her, as well as the food that she has been eating. I can't keep her, as my housemate's cats don't like other cats. She was staying in my garage for a month, but isn't happy in there so she's outside again during the day and in the garage at night. I think she would love a home where she can keep exploring outside. She would definitely love being spoiled by someone, all she wants is inside the house and me to stay with her all the time.
