Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience as it relates to the position. ** MILITARY VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY ** OUR COMPANY assures the success of this subcontractor position by providing: *Comprehensive, paid training program Initial equipment purchase financial support and ongoing material purchase support including two lines of credit with no interest payback *Project scheduling, marketing, sales, work-order administration, customer billing and support *Weekly pay guaranteed every Friday SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: *Completing work-orders in a timely and professional manner *Extensive preparation, resurfacing and clean-up of counter tops, cabinets, bath tubs and surrounds *Sanding-Masking-Fiberglass repair-Protecting adjacent surfaces, appliances and customer belongings *HVLP spray applications of epoxy and acrylic polymers APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 2 years experience in auto-body, boat or industrial surface preparation. HVLP paint application is desirable but not required *Pass background check *Pass drug test *Have and maintain a valid driver’s license Possess a registered and insured vehicle that is reliable and capable of transporting all work related supplies to and from work assignments each day *Possess a cell phone with active voicemail, email and text capabilities *Maintain a continuous positive and professional working relationship with customers and Surface Connection company personnel *Must be willing and able to travel between multiple properties in the greater Louisville, KY area. Occasional jobs will be required in Lexington, KY and as far South as Radcliff, KY.
