Need Contractor to Pull permits

I have a multifamily building in Los Angeles and I am building a small ADU in 2 garage stalls. I usually pull permits as a owner builder but on multifamily I need a contractors license, which I don't have. I need someone with a contracting license to pull these. I need someone who can pull the permits and if need be come to inspections. I have all the subs and can manage them. please email me and I can be more specific. Thanks
