Description
JOB SUMMARY: Represent the company in a professional manner with customers, coworkers, employees and any person directly or indirectly associated with the company. Responsible for managing the entire administrative and field construction process of a project from initial planning through final acceptance by client to assure the project comes in safely, on schedule and on budget.

· Ability to mentor and train field personnel

· Planning/strategy skills
· Negotiation/sales skills
· Leadership, Organization and Time Management
· Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Internet, Timesheets, etc.)
· Be able to read and understand specifications and drawings
· Valid Driver’s License; must pass company vehicle insurance approved driver check
· Available for overtime hours and out-of-state travel
· Ability to professionally communicate with customers, vendors, management staff and employees
· Able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English
