Mud Pan needing a pour ! Then 15SF on net laid

Just seeking a professional who knows how to do a mud pan correctly. A floor is there now that will chip out easily it’s over a pre formed schlutter pan. Tiles should come out easily since done incorrectly. Then install 15SF of tile. Small job but for right guy a good days pay.
