Hello, I am looking for one person to share a 10X10 room at Puddletown Studios building #6 ( 2624 NW 26th Ave. ) rent is $125 per month. Storage is limited as I have a full PA, recording equipment, a drum set, a couple amps and a mini fridge in the room but I am open to discuss sharing those items. I use the space pretty infrequently so what you will get is alot of time to get loud. 24/7 secured access with video surveillance, on site parking, etc. Reach out for inquiries. Thanks
