Yearly bonus depending on skills, performance Must be able to pass background check, pay own electric, own cell phone and renters’ insurance. Applicants must have basic computer/internet skills (To make flyers and list available storage online, do weekly laundromat report, etc..), be personable to deal with customers, have basic mechanical and maintenance skills to do minor machine repair and building maintenance, be available during set hours to answer phone and assist customers, fill out new storage rental contracts, etc. This is a perfect position for a handy retired person/couple.
