Need help removing wiring for passenger seat of van

I'm removing the front passenger seat from my 2001 Chevy Express van. I got all the bolts undone, but now there are the wires connected to them that I'm not sure what to do with. I'm guessing they are for sensors for the seatbelt or airbags? Not entirely sure, but looking for someone who knows more about this than I do to disconnect the wires and tuck them away and address any issues that arise with no longer having the seat installed.
