Description

Rook is a 3 year old, intact Czech Working Line German Shepherd that I purchased 3 years ago for $3,000. He is Sable, with all five colors (more really, black, gold, tan, brown, silver, white). He is on the smaller side for a GSD, at about 75 lbs, which is typical for a true working line GSD. He is pick of the litter of 10, stud quality and in need of a good home for someone serious about German Shepherds. He is registered and I have his pedigree, which I have been told is an impressive one, as his grandfather on the sire's side is a world champion in Schutzhund. He is extremely intelligent and has a drive that is outstanding. He hasn't been socialized with other dogs and as such I wouldn't advise bringing him around small dogs. This is not a show dog German Shepherd. If you want to take your dog to the dog park or let your dog off leash in public, Rook is not your type of dog. He is of course house broken and follows several commands, and can learn basically anything you're capable of training him to do. Unfortunately due to changing circumstances in my life, I cannot keep him. I love my dog but work will take me away too often to justify keeping him. He deserves better. No rehoming fee is necessary. Anyone wanting him will be screened to ensure you are capable of taking in a dog like Rook. MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH GERMAN SHEPHERDS. If you plan to use him as a stud, I would only ask that when I am in a position where I can be home more, I can have one of his puppies. Contact me at the email and we can discuss any details.
