Handyman needed for multiple small jobs

I need a handyman for some odd jobs at my home in Middletown, Rhode Island. Jobs needed: 1) replace windows on basement level of house. These are single pane windows. Would like to possibly replace some with real windows (vinyl probably) 2) install free standing AC unit in basement - you will have to vent it out one of the basement window panes - adapter kit comes with AC unit but you might have to jigger it to get it to fit 3) Painting (some exterior trim, basement floor on unfinished side 4) Driveway sealer application 5) Some simple gardening/landscaping
