Busy General Contractor looking for Project Manager. Job Qualifications: 1. Degree in construction management or three years’ experience working in the field. 2. Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Procore or other project management programs, Blue Beam or Auto Cad a plus. 3. Estimating projects, basic understanding of blue prints and specifications. 4. Job set up, submittals, subcontracts, or PO’s, safety guidelines as required by OSHA. 5. Ability to schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries while working with the project manager and superintendents. 6. Customer service, and developing business relationships with them and our subcontractors. 7. Review and understand contracts both private and public works. 8. Writing bid and budget proposals. These are not requirements for the position, but qualifications that will be needed as you grow into a full-fledged project manager. Salary will be dependent on experience and will range from $60,000 to $90,000 per year with benefits M/D/V and 401k. College students encouraged to apply!
