Licensed driver for utility construction crew

Looking for licensed drivers (CDL a plus but not required) with 3 yr clean MVR to work on a utility construction crew, driving trucks pulling trailers with equipment. You MUST be able to drive safely and be able to back up a trailer without damaging the truck. (You'll have to prove this to us on our yard!) When not driving, you will assist the construction crew team members with getting work completed which could include hand digging to find underground utilities, running a vactron, moving heavy items. All work is outside when not driving. Potential exists to move up and learn new skills. Starting pay is $18 per hr (more if you have a CDL) and raises are performance based. Some of our employees have been with us for 8 or more years.
