IMMEDIATE OPENING - Looking for full time pool technicians ready to start now. We are a Las Vegas pool service and maintenance company looking to hire pool techs who are fun, professional, and reliable. We choose quality people first. Experience is not required but certainly a plus and compensation will be adjusted accordingly. Role There are TWO main responsibilities: 1) Signing on new pool customer accounts and 2) Servicing pool accounts every week. Pool technicians are provided leads from potential customers looking for pool service. Your responsibility is to meet with the customer at their pool for a quote and then sign them up. You are paid commission for each pool account you sign up. Secondly, you will clean pools on your route each day of the week including the pools accounts you have signed up. Maintenance process includes brushing the pool, skimming the water, and balancing the chemicals to ensure the pool is in clean optimum condition. Finally, the technician conducts a brief equipment check to ensure the pump equipment is in full functioning order. Pool technicians will also perform filter cleanings as well. Expectations 1) MUST have your own reliable vehicle. Truck preferred. 2) We provide your fist set of equipment. After that, you are responsible for maintaining and replacing your own equipment. 3) We provide chemicals. 4) Reliable and consistent. 5) Have integrity. Compensation We pay commission based on each pool account you sign up. Then we pay $12-14 per pool you clean on your dailiy route depending on your experience. Experienced techs will be able to service about 1.5-2 pools an hour. That's about $15-20 per hour after you factor in gas you pay for your own vehicle. You pay for your own gas so take that into account. Your route will grow as you build your route. This is a 1099 position.
