Description
I am looking for someone to train part time every day and work up to a full-time position. I have a lot of work that needs to be done. Start Pay is 15 dollars an hour for the first 2 weeks. After that I will raise it 1 dollar so you will get 16 dollars an hour. Then every 2 weeks I will raise it 1 dollar until you reach 20 dollars an hour and ready for a full-time position. The reason I am doing this because the work I do has to be done the way I say so and I have had so many people work for me that give me the lowest quality of work before I even tell them what their pay is. So, until I know that you can do the job without me having to go over all your work. This is the agreement. Will get a 1 dollar raise every 2 weeks. Thank You.
