Maintenance Assistant- This is a full-time position with Lennox Heights Condominiums. The ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and power equipment required. Duties include, but not limited to; pool maintenance, gardening, painting, shoveling, and wall/ceiling repair. May lift as much as 75 pounds occasionally. Will be required periodically to be On Call. There can be opportunities for after-hours work with Owners if you so desire. Compensation-$18-$19 per hour, depending on experience, and includes 6 sick/personal days, 80-hour vacation pay, and 7 holiday pay days.
