Experienced Cleaning Technician/Janitor who is Dependable, Self-Motivated, and Reliable. Do you love to Clean? If so, this is the perfect Part-Time position for you! Anytime Cleaning Services in Lincoln, NE is in search of 2 Part-Time Experienced Cleaners to clean and maintain the Floors, Restrooms and Common Areas at a local processing plant 5x a week. Our ideal candidate is Attentive, Punctual, Reliable and a Thorough Cleaner. This position is 4-5 hours per shift. (5) shifts per week. Monday-Friday and NO WEEKENDS with a Flexible 6-hr Starting Time window between 5:00pm-11:00pm. Weekly Pay. Starting Pay is based on experience. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY! This position consists of mainly Commercial Floor Cleaning, Daily Restroom Cleaning, Restocking of Consumables and other MISC Cleaning Tasks assigned by the Janitorial Supervisor. Qualified Applicants will complete a Telephone Interview with the company owner. Followed by a Zoom Meeting. This is a 1099-NEC position. You will be required to pay your own State & Federal Taxes. WILLING TO CONSIDER 2-PERSON TEAMS (COUPLES, FRIENDS, Etc.) MALES, STUDENTS and SENIORS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Responsibilities: Ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must. Clean Facility Restrooms and other MISC tasks (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, etc) Commercial Floor Cleaning & Maintenance Perform routine cleaning activities Carry out MISC cleaning tasks and special projects Notify Supervisor of supply deficiencies or need for repairs Cooperate with the Off-Site Company Owner Follow all health, safety regulations and complete online training courses. Qualifications: Previous Cleaning Experience and/or related field; preferably in a Commercial Setting. MUST KNOW HOW TO CLEAN THOROUGHLY. Must have reliable transportation. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. Mentally & Physically fit to clean for 4-5 hours at a time. Have a working Cell Phone (Needed to clock-in/clock-out on job site). What We Offer: Competitive Starting Wage of $15-$17 an hour (Based On Experience). Performance Pay increase After 30 Days ($1).
