Axium Inspections is looking to hire part time or full time rental property inspectors for a temporary project in the greater Memphis, TN area. This project is scheduled to begin at the end of July, lasting approximately 8 weeks. This position will report to the National Operations Manager based our of Axium's headquarters in Denver, CO. The Rental Property inspector is assigned a schedule of rental home inspections with the home's current tenant in attendance, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes each and conducted between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. The position does not require any home inspection experience or certifications and all required equipment will be provided by Axium.Qualified applicants will have reliable personal transportation, be able to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours a week (weekend hours available) with a set schedule of availability, excel at customer service and professionalism, and be expected to communicate directly with tenants throughout their work day. Reliability and dependability is priority #1. Since these inspections are scheduled directly with the home's current tenant, applicants who cannot commit to their availability and be expected to arrive within a specified arrival window need not apply. Qualified applicants will have and be comfortable using their own personal cellular device (iPhone or Android) to access our reporting utility and route dispatch system. The Rental Property Inspector will be paid $15 per hour, payable in accordance with the standard payroll practices of the Company and subject to all withholdings and deductions as required by law. You are considered "on the clock" during the period of time you leave for your first property inspection until completion of your last property inspection. Net compensation will also include an appointment based inspection bonus per completed property inspection, based on client/property type (currently $10). In addition, any number of home inspections above and beyond the number of hours worked in a pay period, are subject to an additional $15 "production bonus". Completed property inspections are defined as having been performed according to Company guidelines, within the approved timeframe and with a verified and complete report. Additionally, a $0.25/mile mileage bonus will be paid in addition to your hourly/production bonus.
