The Automotive Support Coordinator will workhand and hand with the customer and handle a wide range of functions including but limited too: tracking and calibration of equipment, setting up design booth as needed, writing work orders, tracking and coordination of training, supporting multiple groups as back-up, as needed. The ideal person will be customer focused and flexible, helping out in a wide variety of tasks as needed. This Full Time Automotive Support Coordinator position offers an AM Day shift plus Overtime as need and is based out of Dearborn, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements below for this Full Time Automotive Support Coordinator position are strongly encouraged to apply. AM Day shift available plus Overtime as needed. Shift Schedule: • AM Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday thru Friday, plus Overtime as needed) • Must be able & willing to work weekends and overtime, as needed Retirees and veterans are welcome Preferred Skills: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Basic metrology experience or 3D scanning experience • Good communication, organizational and planning skills. • Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner. • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Strong leadership skills and leadership experience. • Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends.
