We are a leading mobility solutions provider for the Elderly and Disabled. Based in Morris County and covering Morris, Bergen, Sussex, Passaic and Essex Counties. We provide our clients with professionally designed mobility solutions that returns their freedom and independence by installing a variety of solutions including stair lifts, platform lifts, home elevators, patient lifts, ramps and more. We are a small non-union independently owned company mostly servicing the elderly and disabled in a residential environment with some commercial applications. We are looking for good character as well as hard qualifications, but candidates must exemplify patience, a strong work ethic, a positive personal disposition and ability to be at work on time every day. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Installation of stair lifts in residential and commercial environment. • Installation of vertical/inclined platform lifts - both residential and commercial. • Periodic servicing and repair of residential and commercial stairlifts, platform lifts and other equipment. • Installation of Ramps and other mobility equipment such as Patient Lifts, etc. • Recognize that we are providing a vital service to our clients. • Communicate effectively with your team. • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Minimum Competencies: • Minimum of 1-year demonstrable industry experience. • Good character and great attitude is a must. • Candidates must have a track record of reliability and ability to be at work on time. • Customer-oriented aim to please approach and attitude. • Be able to lift 100lbs. • Must have a clean driving and civil record. • OSHA 10 and 30 is a plus. • CET Certification is a plus. Benefits & Schedule: • Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. • Full-time opportunity M-F between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM. • We will provide a company wrapped van and a full set of tools. • Health Insurance and 401k plan. • Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.
