Rehoming one year old polydactyl cat

It kills me to do this, but I need to find a new forever home for my cat. He is almost a year and a half old. UTD on vaccines and is fixed. He has an amazing and fun temperament and gets along with everything and everyone. Not a crumb of aggression in him. Loves to cuddle and is quite vocal, will talk to you 🙂 However, he keeps peeing on clothes and things. I have taken him to the vet numerous times (no UTI) and tried things at home. And he just doesn’t stop. I don’t know if he’s stressed about something, but he’s been doing this for a year. Otherwise he’s perfect. So I’m hoping to find someone that can take him and has experience with behavioral training. Please don’t come at me. This is an absolute last resort. I adore him.
