The level 1 solar installer works in the field as part of a team installing solar energy systems, battery backup systems, as well as solar water heating and radiant heating systems. A strong candidate is detail-oriented with great customer service skills, good instincts, great problem-solving, and sound judgment for balancing quality, productivity, and team morale.
