I am looking for a state certified residential contractor or general contractor who is experienced and interested in doing kitchen and bath remodels and custom homes. Our company specializes in kitchen and bath design and materials we sell cabinetry and tiles and everything in between that have to do with the interior of residential homes. Some of our customers prefer a more turnkey process when they are doing larger projects and we are looking for a contractor that we can team up with as a referral and somebody that will work side by side on these types of projects. The contractor would still handle and contract and the work needed done from our referrals. They would have full access to our showroom and the materials that we provide in addition they would have access to our designer and our high-definition drawing system. They would also have access to utilize our admin services allowing them a little more freedom and assistance in helping with managing their projects and someone to answer the phone. The two companies would remain separate and again this would be based simply on a referral type partnership. For the last 18 years we average a revenue of roughly 3 to 5 million a year in sales we project that number could very well triple with the right partnership in place.
