Full time, permanent positions - 40 hours+ per week. May qualify for bonus after 90 days. Starting pay is $14-25 per hour depending upon position and experience. We are seeking experienced and qualified workers to fill the following positions (some positions require a valid Florida driver’s license) - - General Laborers (no FLDL required) - Skilled Laborers - Crew Leaders - Supervisors/Project Managers General Job Description/Requirements: - Installation of plants and trees - Irrigation system installation and repair - Low voltage lighting installation - Landscape rock/mulch & boulder installation - Hardscape installation - pavers, concrete, CMU, BBQ's, bocce courts, water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchens - Must be able to follow direction - Report to work on time and as scheduled - Ability to drive truck with trailer - Ability to operate equipment is a plus (Skid Steer, Backhoe, Trencher) - Knowledge of local plant material - Knowledge of construction procedures - Better than average communication skills - Able to handle the summer heat - all positions are working, outdoor positions - Must be motivated and possess the ability to think 'big picture' - Able to manage crews of 3 or more members - MUST be responsible and hardworking - Bi-Lingual is not required but will earn more We offer: - Competitive Pay - Growth/Advancement opportunities - Paid time off - Bonuses - Company Vehicle (some positions) - Insurance (some positions) Must be able to pass e-verify Must be able to drive with clean MVD Reply via email/text with resume and salary requirements. • Text Glynn at 813.340.2730 or email to [email protected]. • EMAIL/TEXT REPLIES ONLY PLEASE.
