Lead Installer - Floor Coatings

Garage Force is looking for 2 full-time Floor Coating Lead Installers to join our staff. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the installation of coatings to floors and surfaces. This process includes operating general construction equipment, such as large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, etc. Most of our work focuses on garage floors; however, we apply coatings to surfaces such as driveways, patios, etc. We’re looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to learn. Direct experience is not required - we will train! We pride ourselves on treating our installers well; come join our team! CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Must be dependable and on-time Must possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment Ability to travel (No Overnight Travel) Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing environmental conditions - hot, humid, etc. Ability to perform physical labor for 8-12 hours a day and able to lift at least 50# or more The ideal candidate will have experience in operating general construction equipment (Shop Vac, Generator, Handheld Angle Grinder, Large Floor Grinder, Painting Tools) Compensation range is $18-$22 per hour depending on experience with potential for performance bonuses.
