Our ideal employee is someone with good mechanical aptitude who enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting equipment failures and providing the needed repair. About Our Repair Technician Position: • Work on brands such as DeWalt, Bosch, Makita, Milwaukee, STIHL, etc. • Assess the repair or service needed • Provide customers with quotes • Order repair parts as needed • Take part in training to build your skillset • Answer customer questions • Assist with loading and unloading tools & equipment brought in for repair • Monday-Friday Schedule Our Ideal Repair Technician: • Mechanical: Experience working on or with farm equipment, trailers, small engines, mowers, forklifts, automotive, etc., is preferred. Experience with welding is a plus. On-the-job training is provided. • Active: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs., be on your feet, bend, kneel, climb a ladder, and meet the physical requirements of repairing equipment. Great job for someone who enjoys hands-on work! • Friendly: Enjoys talking to customers and answering questions. • Team Player: Driven to do great work and contribute to the team. Strong people skills. Demonstrates humility • Desire to Learn: We are willing to train someone with mechanical aptitude. Should have some experience working on engines, power tools, or equipment – even if it was just personal projects.
